Your satisfaction is the goal. If something isn't right, here's how returns work.

30-day returns. You may return a qualifying purchase in its original, unopened packaging within 30 days of the delivery date.

Damaged or missing items

Inspect your order on arrival. Claims for items damaged in transit or missing from a shipment must be reported within two (2) business days of delivery so we can resolve them quickly.

How to start a return

Every return needs a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) code before you ship anything back. Request one by emailing Info@velorixgoods.co or calling +1 (416) 602-3970. An issued RMA is valid for 10 days.

Condition of returned items

To be accepted, returned merchandise must be:

In new, unused condition in the original box with all packing material, manuals and blank warranty cards.
Complete with every included accessory.
Accompanied by the original packing slip.
With the manufacturer's UPC barcode intact — removing the UPC voids the return.

Restocking / return handling

A return handling charge equal to 10% of the purchase price applies to standard returns. We aren't responsible for personal items or data left inside returned merchandise.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 7–10 days for the credit to appear on your statement. Prefer a swap instead? Exchanges are available and follow the same return conditions.

Items not eligible for return

Some products can't be returned, including:

Gas-powered equipment, ladders, fall-protection gear, work benches and stands.
Cast-iron machinery and attachments, and oversized freight items.
Consumables, hardware, cleaning products and personal protective equipment.
Earbuds, earplugs and headphones, and any opened software, media or downloads.
Clearance, discontinued, demo and special-order items, and anything marked non-returnable.

Select large machinery brands are serviced directly by the manufacturer; if you have an issue with one of these, contact us first and we'll point you to the right support channel.
